SmartSolve Dashboards

The SmartSolve dashboard is a unique workspace that an administrator can create, that provides team members with tools and services for collaboration on SmartSolve records. A dashboard contains lists of quality records such as cases and complaints, and also offers the end user access to Quick Searches for full text searching and meta data queries to data analytics/reports to links to webpages to quickly gain necessary information. To create a dashboard, a user must be assigned the appropriate rights.

Select View from the Home tab to display a list of all default dashboards.

NOTE: It may be beneficial to configure your dashboards to align to your user roles. Dashboards can be modified using the Portal Dashboards section of the Designer Tools Help System.
